The Forum will encompass both Exposition and Business Programs.

The Business Program will be opened by Mrs. Inna Svyatenko, the Chairman of the Forum of Non-state Security Field “Safe Capital”, chairman of the Coordination Council of Non-state Security Field of Moscow, chairman of Security Commission of Moscow city Duma, head of Private Association of Law-enforcement Trend “Safe Capital”.

The Plenary Session of the Forum of Non-state Security Field “Safe Capital” will take place right afterwards. The events held within the Business Program of the Forum will be devoted to discussion of the following issues: cooperation with the governmental agencies, security maintenance of citizens and social elements of infrastructure, social control, rise of effectiveness of the use of technical means, firefighting and rescue equipment and other alarming issues of present days.

Traditionally, the event will be held on the platform of International Exhibition “INTERPOLITEX”. The Business Program of the show will be formed on a revolutionary new communication basis of «Say Future: Security» project.

 

The representative of INTERPOLITEX organizing team Mr. Nikolay Marichev have stated that “Say Future” event will unite exposition, discussion, demonstration and contest elements of professional business forum. The plenary part of the Forum of Non-state Security Field “Safe Capital” will be also held in a new format. This initiative was approved by Mrs. Inna Svyatenko.

 

Heads and specialists of state bodies, federal and regional executive authorities, authorities of the city of Moscow, experts of security industry will take part in the work of the business and exhibition programs of the Forum.

 

Coordination Council of Non-state Security Field of Moscow and CJSC “ECG”BIZON” act as the organizers of the Forum. The official support of the event comes from the Security Commission of Moscow city Duma, All-Russian trade-union of non-state security field, All-Russian trade association of employers "Federal Chamber in Security Field", other federal and regional public and professional associations.
