Results of the 26th International Exhibition of Means of State Security "INTERPOLITEX”
The 26th International Exhibition of Means of State Security “Interpolitex 2022” was held from 18 to 20 October 2022 in Moscow, Crocus Expo" International Exhibition Center, Pavilion № 1.
The exhibition was held with the support and active participation of representatives of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia, Board of the Military Industrial Complex of Russia, EMERCOM of Russia, Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, Ministry of Defence of Russia, Russian National Guard Service, Ministry of the Internal Affairs if Russia, The Commonwealth of Independent States Anti-Terrorism Centre (CIS ATC) , the Coordinating Council of the Non-Governmental Security Sector of Russia, the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, State corporation “Rostec”, JSC “Rosoboronexport and other organizations.

The opening plenary session of the INTERPOLITEX-2022 exhibition was held with participation of Mr. M. Shadaev, Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation; Mrs. T. Matveeva, Head of the Presidential Administration for Development of Information and Communications Technologies and Communications Infrastructure; Mr. A. Khinstein, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Information Technologies and Communications; Mr. V. Shpak, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Mr. A. Shoytov, Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, Mr. D. Zauers, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprombank JSC, Mr. G. Zubarev, Deputy Chairman of the Bank of Russia, Mrs. A. Sharipova, Managing Director for National Projects of Rostec Group. More than 200 heads of Federal and regional authorities took part in the plenary session.

The exposition was located in Hall 3 of Pavilion 1 of Crocus Expo IEC and amounted to more than 5000 square meters of exhibition space.
The exhibition was attended by more than 120 exhibitors, including the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia, Russian National Guard Service, EMERCOM of Russia, Gazprombank JSC, Avialesokhrana FBU, the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Fintech JSC, Unmanned Systems Group of Companies, JSC Chaika-Service, JSC "Science and Innovations", Russian Federal Nuclear Centre, Roselectronica Holding, JSC Rosoboronexport, the federal state unitary enterprise "Courier Communication Central Board", CJSC "Protection of electronic technologies", JSC Tulamashzavod, Argus Information Technology Co. More than 8 000 specialists from the state bodies and agencies, enterprises and companies of defense-industrial complex, the sphere of information and communication technologies, security sector became visitors of the Interpolitex-2022 International exhibition.
More than 60% of the visitors are decision makers or influencers of procurement decisions, 25% of the participants are heads of departments of state bodies and agencies, industrial enterprises and industry organizations.
The International Exhibition Interpolitex-2022 traditionally became a platform for meetings with foreign customers, more than 20% of the visitors were representatives of foreign countries.
The exhibition was attended by official delegations from more than 25 foreign countries, i.e.: Bahrain, Belarus, Bolivia, China, Cuba, Finland, India, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Mongolia, Morocco, Myanma, Nicaragua, Romania, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Vietnam.
At the exhibition were held a whole number of international and interstate events mostly on the part of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and Rosoboronexport JSC.
The exhibition was attended by heads and specialists of ministries of digital development, communications, ministries of industry and trade, ministries of natural resources from more than 70 regions of the Russian Federation.
A number of business negotiations have traditionally been held at the grounds of the Forums and a number of cooperation agreements have been signed there. In particular, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the AERONEXT Association and the Bauman Moscow State Technical University signed the agreement on cooperation in the development of unmanned aircraft systems.
The business program of the exhibition included 30 industry events, 10 thematic forums and conferences, within the framework of which more than 250 speakers took the floor. The events were held on the territory of the Crocus Expo IEC in the conference halls of pavilion 1 and in the exhibition hall 3 with the participation of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the board of the MIC of Russia, the Investigative Committee of Russia, the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the Federal Guard Service, the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia, Rosleskhoz, other federal authorities of the Russian Federation, heads and delegations of national parts of the CSTO ICWEC, representatives of committees and commissions of the Federation Council, State Duma, Moscow City Duma, representatives of public and industry organizations, representatives of the relevant ministries of the Russian Federation subjects.
Competitive and expert selections of innovative developments in the field of security were held during the exhibition.
The interdepartmental concourse commission of the "NATIONAL SECURITY-2022" competition included specialists from the Ministry of Defense of Russia, Federal Security Service of Russia, Federal National Guard Service (Rosgvardiya), the Association of Enterprises of Technical Means of Security.
20 innovative technological developments were presented within the framework of the competition, 6 unique developments of Russian specialists became the winners of the competition:
1st place: Technology for dismantling-free restoration of units of automotive equipment (development of Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education and Research Center of the Air Force of the Military Air Force Academy after Professor N.E. Zhukovsky and Y.A. Gagarin (Voronezh).
The second place was divided between the System of Protection of Cellular Communication from False Base Stations (development of Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education and Research Center of the Air Force "Military Air Force Academy named after professor N.E. Zhukovsky and Y.A. Gagarin" (Voronezh) and the Video Spectral Comparator "Regula" 4306 (development of CJSC "Regula-Rus").
The 3rd place was shared by: Autonomous wind power mast for the Bolotov wind rotary turbine. (VRTB) (development of STC ENEXIS LLC), Intelligent Simulator for Multilevel Combat Training of Radio Electronic Warfare Specialists (development of Federal State Educational and Scientific Center of Military Air Force "Military Air Force Academy after Prof. N.E. Zhukovsky and Y.A. Gagarin " (Voronezh), and the Intelligent Simulator of multilevel combat training of of Radio Electronic Warfare Specialists (development of Military Air Force Academy after Prof. N.E. Zhukovsky and Y.A. Gagarin (Voronezh) and Complex of Proactive Protection of Information Systems against Computer Attacks (development of the Krasnodar Higher Military School named after Army General S.M. Shtemenko).
During the preparation and holding of the events of the 26th International Exhibition of State Security Equipment "Interpolitex-2022", the Department for the Development of Artificial Intelligence Technologies of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in cooperation with representatives of 12 research organizations, conducted an expertise of innovative projects for the use of artificial intelligence technologies with further inclusion in the register of scientific and technological reserve, recommended for use in the implementation of projects in the interests of ensuring the defense of the country and the security of the state.
During the exhibition were held more than 80 expert examinations, by the results of which was decided to include 4 represented projects in the register of the special science and technology pool, the participants were given certificates of inclusion in the register and diplomas for active participation in the expert examination of innovative projects in the field of artificial intelligence technology.
More than 80 Russian and foreign mass media editions covered the events held at the INTERPOLTEX-2022 site, including the TV channels, such as: Channel One, ITAR-TASS, RBC, IZVESTIA, Russia Today, Zvezda, Moscow 24, Vedomosti, Kommersant, Moskovsky Komsomolets and others. A live broadcast of the plenary session was held on the telegram channel of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia and on the website of the news agency "Weapons of Russia".
The INTERPOLTEX Exhibition is a grandiose event in the field of state security, a brand with a 26-year history, a leader of innovations in the field of interdepartmental information interaction, the implementation of the state programs and federal projects in the field of improving the efficiency of the national security system.
